Girls' Week

Girls Week 2010

Girls' Week aka women’s week is Back..............................October 7th to the 11th 2010

Many girls come from all around the globe to celebrate being gay and being together and making new friends. Girl’s week coincides closely with International Lesbian Day on the 4th October every year.

Turtle Cove Beach Resort is arguably one of the most beautiful places in Australia. It is ‘ABOSOLUTE BEACHFRONT’.

Far North Queensland boasts many stunning natural attractions to Australians and visitors alike: The Reef; The Rainforest; The Tablelands not to mention Cairns and Port Douglas. Half way between these two cities is the Resort.

In 1993 a group of business men purchased the property and the resort was born, it became the Premier Gay and Lesbian Resort in Australia. The resort was sold again in 2009 and the new owners are dedicated in creating a new Turtle Cove with ongoing renovations and an invigorated team.

The resort has 30 rooms all of which has many features.

The concept of girls coming together at the Resort is to have fun and relax, this year Sharon will be your host and will have a fun filled time planned for everyone. Sharon is passionate about Girls' Week and keeping the tradition going by having it every year, she has many activities planned, so come along and join us at Turtle Cove Beach Resort for Girls Week in October.
