  • how the business grew or developed as a result of your or your nominee’s involvement; and
  • techniques used to achieve results.

 

Leadership

Tell us about:

  • Your or your nominee’s strategy in leading and managing others
  • The values you or your nominee adheres to as a leader / manager
  • How you or your nominee motivate or inspire others within your or your nominee’s workplace; and
  • Examples of where you or your nominee has led others to achieve challenging goals.

 

Work-Life Balance

Tell us about:

  • how you or your nominee achieve a balance between your or your nominee’s business and personal life. This may include
  • community or volunteer work; and / or
  • social interests, sports, hobbies or pastimes you regularly participate in or support.

 

Professional interests

Outline any industry or professional developments you or your nominee have completed or are currently undertaking
