Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a General Meeting of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association Inc. to be held Wednesday, 8 December 2010, commencing at 6pm at the Community Function room, Moore Park Gardens, 780 Bourke Street, Redfern.
The meeting has been requisitioned by the Officers of the Board.
The following business will be transacted at the meeting:
- Acknowledge receipt of expressions of interest in two vacant Board positions
- Ballot to fill vacant Board positions (if required)
In respect of item 2, the Board will move the following motion: That appointment be made, subject to a formal ballot, to fill the vacancies that exist on the Board for the positions of:
- Secretary
- Director at large (Events portfolio).
